Final Concept: The title is changed, the font is chosen, sized and formatted. Oncoming headlights are added.
Intermediate Concept. The overall image needs one more visual uumph. This is achieved with the crack in the sky.
Intermediate Concept. A higher-resolution road image is used, the lightning is given a bigger footprint, the title is changed, the helicopter isn't working so it's history, the sky is given some motion and made more realistic.
Initial Concept. This is a rough 30-minute sketch using a low resolution image and quick brushstroke backgrounds.
